Norma Sue Kinneer: I was born and raised in Blackey, Kentucky, and remained in the area well into my adult years. I was employed by the Kentucky Department of Corrections untill 1985 when I left the bluegrass state to pursue a career with the Department of Justice. After 20 years service and nine transfers to different states, I returned to my home town to enjoy my retirement.
